A*STAR SINGA Scholarship 2025-2026 in Singapore

Study in Singapore with a fully funded opportunity! Applications are now open for the SINGA Scholarship 2025-2026. The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a collaboration between the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR) and five top Singaporean universities. The scholarship is available for international students to pursue PhD or EngD programs at NTU, NUS, SUTD, SMU, or SIT universities. Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree can apply directly for a PhD program. There are no requirements for GRE, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, or GATE scores at the time of application. Financial Benefits:

Awardees will receive:

  • Full coverage of tuition fees
  • Monthly stipend of S$2,200, which can increase to S$2,700 after passing the Qualifying Examination
  • One-time airfare grant of up to S$1,500
  • One-time settling-in allowance of S$1,000

Eligibility Criteria:

  • International students are eligible
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong academic references
  • A valid passport is required

  • Two recommendation letters (submitted online by referees)
  • Motivation letter
